We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What causes a delivery delay?
Here are some possible cases where delays occur:
1. Return to sender, insufficient address, failed delivery attempts.
Couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package. You just need to contact the courier or shipping provider ASAP, they’ll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If it is returned to us, simply CONTACT US so we can resend it.
2. Custom Clearance.
Your tracking status will be updated after your package has been cleared and released. For more information about your delivery, you can also contact your local post office or delivery service provider.
3. Holidays.
A sudden or unexpected increase in delivery volume is most common during the holiday season. Simply follow up with your local post office to track down your package.
4. Weather Conditions.
Bad weather can slow down the transit and cause a delay. Please keep track of your order.

I took a gamble and it paid off! I never wear underwire bras, so I was looking for a bra that gave me some support (38DD) but felt like a light sports bra. I couldnt believe how soft this was when I took it out and the inserts, which I usually throw away immediately when I get a sports bra or bralette, had an interesting design where it wasnt just two "disks pads" shoved into a seam rather it was a connected set of pads so they wont shift and dont look like breastfeeding pads under my bra. It comes with a band extender. Very comfortable bra and I am going to get more!
Full coverage for me, no, but I knew it because I am way past their largest size, but willing to try as bras in my size are like spotting unicorns. And I was delighted it can work, despite cup size several sizes too small, still under a blouse that doesn't hug, I found the bra comfortable to wear, so smooth, this polyamide/elastine mix making a comfortable material. I thought it was very thoughtful to have an extender include, though didn't need it as it isn't the girth, but the cup sizes that are not ample enough in my case as says only goes to dd in max size, but that's not a fault of the bra, but just I am too ample for their intended size range, all the same found in certain shirts I can use this still comfortable bra.
I do love though that this is wirefree and pad free except for a modesty pad. The modesty pad to me was needed, but hate the little window in the inner center made to access the pad as having just this small finger hole to try to smooth out a pad that has come folded is grievous, taking too long, so I would prefer a larger access than just a middle finger hole.
So the bra to me is a definite keeper from the comfortable material, smooth fit, modesty pad erases any embarrassing curves you don't want on any video conferences you may be in. Only wish they made a size for ++ women from J to N cups, as women in this higher sizes are often not included when in particular those in this class more than smaller counterparts really need the support because as it stands the highest size I found in this bra only is 1/3rd coverage at best, but, as said, under loose blouses still works for comfortable wear that helps to flatten out a bit, compress, helping to not draw attention to bigger sizes, as you can see in the pic where I appear. I doesn't look like I'm being compressed, it looks like I'm naturally smaller, letting my time in the video be about me and not my bust size, and without discomfort as the compression is minimal where counts. However, in a snug shirt not possible, as it would be visible coverage is only in the center with spillage noticeable then. But I've got lots of blouses this could work for. 1 star off, though, for the weird fingerhole access to deal with the modesty pads.
I was pleasantly surprised with how much I love this. The soft blue is the perfect touch of color but neutral enough that it doesn’t stand out underneath light t-shirts. It has a great amount of support and lift for a wireless bra. It came with a matching extender which was a nice touch. Overall I recommend this and it’s going to be a staple in my wardrobe.
This is a seamless bra with no uncomfortable underwire. It is soft and it is padded. It is made of 56% Polyamide and 44% Elastane. It is lightweight and stretchy. It has full back coverage. It has adjustable wide straps. I ordered the Medium. The medium is an “A” size padded cup. Included with the bra is an extra extender fastener that you can add to the bra if it is too tight. It is comfortable, and I’m pleased with the bra.
This bra seems to be well made with sturdy materials. Yes, it is soft and smooth! The pads are connected and removable. An extender is included if you find you need some extra inches around the ribcage.
