What causes a delivery delay?
Here are some possible cases where delays occur:
1. Return to sender, insufficient address, failed delivery attempts.
Couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package. You just need to contact the courier or shipping provider ASAP, they’ll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If it is returned to us, simply CONTACT US so we can resend it.
2. Custom Clearance.
Your tracking status will be updated after your package has been cleared and released. For more information about your delivery, you can also contact your local post office or delivery service provider.
3. Holidays.
A sudden or unexpected increase in delivery volume is most common during the holiday season. Simply follow up with your local post office to track down your package.
4. Weather Conditions.
Bad weather can slow down the transit and cause a delay. Please keep track of your order.
If for any reason your order is stuck or lost in transit, don’t worry, just contact us, we will find the solution for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How To Find Your Bra Size?
Step 1. Measure Your Band
Stand in front of a large mirror and pull a soft measuring tape around your chest below your underarms. Measure the circumference of your rib cage (below your underarms). In this way, you got your band size.

When measuring the band size, make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor so that it is level. Round up to the nearest even number if the number you've got is odd.
Step 2. Measure Your Bust
Keep the measuring tape level and measure the circumference of your body around the fullest part of the bust. Make sure the tape isn't too tight by taking a full breath in and out to get the most comfortable position. If the measurement falls on the half inch, round it up.

Step 3. Determine Your Cup
Now you've got both your band size and bust size in hand. Here comes the tricky thing: You can subtract the band size from bust size to decipher your cup size. Check the following chart to determine your cup. For each inch, the cup size goes up by a letter.

Example: If your bust size is 45'' and your band size is 42'', the cup size would be 45-42=3'', which will be a C cup.
Step 4. Find Your Size
Now that you've got your cup size, your band size and your cup determines what bra size you should finally go for. In the previous example, 42C would be your well-fit size.
